Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives to prepare for emerging global disruptions
- Develop proprietary innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and track strategic implementation progress
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and innovation specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking acumen
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing organizational change
- Published thought leader in future studies or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
