Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic trend analyses
- Produce visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future market landscapes
- Build and cultivate an external network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future risk/opportunity matrices using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and influence multi-year investment decisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with proven executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
