Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year horizons using AI-driven trend analysis and quantitative modeling
- Lead executive workshops translating future insights into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term strategic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Pioneer methodologies for organizational futurism and embed foresight into corporate DNA
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in AI/ML trend forecasting tools and quantitative modeling platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
