Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning initiatives for 2026 market disruptions
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven foresight platforms and big data analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 clients and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author proprietary trend reports published in industry journals
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Methodology™
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Track record advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Certification in Foresight Professional (CFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ trend predictions with 90%+ accuracy
