- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams, translating complex data into actionable narratives
- Design and manage innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Partner with product development teams to embed future-ready principles into roadmaps
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team with cutting-edge research methodologies
- Publish thought leadership pieces positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Track record of implementing future strategies that generated measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly desired
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
