Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Publish thought leadership reports and represent the company at global tech summits
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Measure and report on strategic innovation KPIs and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Published author in futurism/tech strategy or equivalent industry recognition
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., APF, CFIP)
