Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technological trends across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and mitigation of risks
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities in core offerings
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for rapid prototyping of 2026 scenarios
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment landscapes
- Build external networks with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong data literacy with experience in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
