- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate future scenarios into product development
- Author visionary reports and whitepapers on industry disruption opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advose C-suite on risk mitigation and innovation investment priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Innovation
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
