- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Present executive-level insights on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and keynote presentations
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof technologies in commercial offerings
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis and partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with academic/industry partnerships
