Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and publish annual Future Impact Reports with quantitative trend analysis
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience building foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
