Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Establish foresight methodologies and frameworks across the organization
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Author strategic whitepapers on future workforce and societal transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI governance
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
