Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, emerging markets, and disruptive innovations to forecast 2026+ technological shifts
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives aligned with long-term strategic goals
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive organizational culture of continuous innovation through thought leadership and internal education
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with SaaS, IoT, and enterprise transformation in high-growth environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
