Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technology trends through horizon scanning, scenario planning, and data modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neural interfaces) aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Advise C-suite executives on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human-machine collaboration
- Drive R&D investment decisions through evidence-based innovation portfolio modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from futurists.org or similar)
