Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum systems, and next-gen computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize market intelligence and translate insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and market opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations for industry conferences and stakeholder briefings
- Manage a $5M innovation budget, evaluating and funding emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or foresight consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
