Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system architectures for next-generation Generative AI models.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating Multi-Modal AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate theoretical advancements into production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and safety alignment.
- mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Diffusion models.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
