Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) solutions using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge accuracy.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to fine-tune pre-trained models for specific industry applications.
- Reduce model inference latency and computational costs through aggressive optimization techniques.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers and OpenAI API integrations.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications.
