Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models (GPT, Llama, etc.) for enterprise-grade applications.
- Inference Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines to achieve sub-millisecond latency and massive throughput.
- RAG Implementation: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures to enhance model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and ensure context relevance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define AI roadmaps and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- MLOps: Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Ray.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLM architectures, and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Tools: Proficiency in MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and optimize resource utilization.
