Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Architect robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize inference performance and model serving infrastructure using technologies like Kubernetes, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model monitoring, version control, and automated retraining workflows.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in Generative AI, Diffusion Models, and Multi-Agent Systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Extensive experience programming in Python and familiarity with C++ for performance optimization.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, transformer architectures, and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.
