Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) solutions using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead the research and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance factual accuracy.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company's AI ethics and safety framework.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the AI advancements expected in 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, including experience with LangChain and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in statistical analysis and mathematical modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and deliver high-quality software under tight deadlines.
