Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Cloud-native technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions to ensure sub-millisecond response times.
- Code Quality: Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed across the engineering department.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Security: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive financial data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Databases: Proficiency in designing and optimizing relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile team environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
