Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the technical architecture for the 2026 flagship product launch, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, breaking down complex 2026 objectives into actionable engineering tasks.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Technical Decision Making: Make critical architectural decisions regarding technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the 2026 vision.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale teams through complex product launches.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate technical debt.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
