Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines to improve latency, throughput, and model accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to integrate novel techniques into our stack.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models from prototype to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
