Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Optimize models for high throughput and low latency in production environments using cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous experiments, A/B testing, and model evaluation to validate performance improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI field and apply them to our product strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and model deployment.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
