Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and scalable AI models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production environments.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize existing models for speed, latency, and cost reduction.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML research and apply them to our products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Strong experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
