Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial and residential plumbing systems efficiently.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations and repairs.
- Perform hydro-jetting, pipe bursting, and sewer line inspections.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
- Provide superior customer service by explaining technical issues in plain language and maintaining a clean job site.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong proficiency in reading and understanding technical blueprints.
- Expertise in pipefitting, welding, soldering, and pressure testing.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces or at heights.
