Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-availability network solutions for the 2026 World Cup event infrastructure and legacy systems.
- Lead the deployment of 5G and IoT integration strategies to enhance fan experiences and operational efficiency.
- Oversee network security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Perform rigorous network testing, load balancing, and disaster recovery planning to guarantee 99.99% uptime during high-traffic events.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud architects and security specialists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure design, and project management.
- Expert knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Arista networking equipment and routing/switching protocols.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects or events with high-stakes uptime requirements.
- Strong proficiency in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and SDN (Software Defined Networking).
- Valid CCIE or equivalent advanced certification is highly preferred.
