Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced tools
- Ensure strict compliance with Indiana plumbing codes and safety standards
- Lead junior plumbers and coordinate project timelines efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with transparent communication
- Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization
- Source materials and manage inventory for job sites
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana Master Plumber license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and water heater systems
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
