Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes for all installations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during weekends and after-hours rotations
- Inspect water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing components for efficiency
- Maintain detailed service records and client communication logs
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure team compliance with quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid DC Master Plumber license
- Proven expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Familiarity with EPA Lead-Safe Renovation certification
- Ability to read complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
