Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues including leaks, burst pipes, and drainage blockages.
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
