Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations during night hours.
- Diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Inspect existing plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local San Francisco codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Respond to emergency service calls and urgent maintenance requests as required.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service logs.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of green plumbing practices and local regulations.
