Your Role
As a Senior Plumber, you will be the face of our brand. You will diagnose complex plumbing issues, perform installations, and ensure our residential and commercial clients receive world-class service. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation as Los Angeles's premier plumbing service provider.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts, efficiently during night hours.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems to prevent future failures.
- Install and replace water heaters, toilets, sinks, and piping systems according to local codes and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including your service vehicle and job site.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage scheduling and job priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Proven ability to work independently during the Night Shift.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations (LAPC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
