Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict compliance with local Houston and California building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and customers regarding job status, scope, and estimated completion times.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Manage tool inventory and ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent working condition.
- Assist in training junior plumbers and apprentices when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required (Texas or California).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, technical schematics, and CAD drawings.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required by business needs.
