Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection and fixture installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts.
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and drainage units.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding job status and costs.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future plumbing issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
