Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Installations: Execute precision pipefitting, valve installation, and fixture setup for residential and commercial properties.
- Emergency Response: Rapidly diagnose and repair urgent plumbing issues, minimizing downtime and disruption for clients.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to identify potential issues before they become costly failures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to local building codes, OSHA safety standards, and company safety protocols at all times.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations and delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize personal toolset and company equipment in excellent condition.
Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyman: Valid California Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent state license).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using diagnostic equipment, and performing hydrostatic testing.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
