Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for the Project 2026 roadmap, from concept to launch.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product iteration.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that scales across multiple platforms and products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively advocating for the user voice.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the design team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches.
- Proficiency in design tools, specifically Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive web design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable design insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
