Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our AI initiatives, translating complex technical research into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent automation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
- Market Analysis & Competitor Research: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging AI trends and competitor products to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Prioritization & Execution: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value and user impact, and drive execution through agile methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for the AI product vision, communicating progress and value to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- User-Centric Design: Partner with UX researchers and designers to ensure our AI products are intuitive, accessible, and provide exceptional user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in the tech industry, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or SaaS platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP, LLMs, and neural networks. Experience with MLOps and data pipelines is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Aha!, Confluence) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
