Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and architecture for the Project 2026 autonomous infrastructure.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to implement novel machine learning models in production.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and security protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience with real-time data processing frameworks (Kafka, Flink).
