Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum AI frameworks for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors for AI acceleration
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum AI performance in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI optimization
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Proven track record deploying quantum solutions at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and quantum-inspired neural networks
- Strong background in ethical AI development and quantum governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
