Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for hybrid classical-quantum machine learning models.
- Lead architectural strategy for the integration of quantum processors into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize code for Near-Term Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) devices to minimize error rates.
- Conduct rigorous research and publish findings in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences.
- Mentor a team of junior quantum engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket.
- Strong background in classical machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the limits of computational power.
