Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and implement advanced quantum machine learning models and optimization algorithms tailored for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and scalability.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the company's 2026 product suite, identifying key milestones and research gaps.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and data scientists, to refine system architectures.
- Publishing & Thought Leadership: Contribute to high-impact academic publications and speak at global tech conferences regarding future tech trends.
- Prototyping: Build and test rapid prototypes of quantum-aided AI solutions to validate theoretical models.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks) and classical Machine Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on high-performance computing or AI.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, multi-disciplinary engineering problems.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
