Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize machine learning models.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for integrating quantum processing units (QPUs) into existing AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Conduct research into novel quantum error correction techniques and their application to deep learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops on quantum computing fundamentals.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability across distributed quantum networks.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with a background in quantum computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum) and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
