Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for integrating quantum computing with deep learning models to meet our 2026 product delivery targets.
- System Optimization: Design and optimize high-performance computing environments that leverage the unique capabilities of future-proof hardware.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of AI engineers, researchers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Algorithm Development: Pioneering novel neural network architectures that are specifically tuned for quantum supremacy and scalability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of quantum computing principles, Qiskit/Cirq, or similar frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and think strategically about long-term technical challenges.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
