Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Enhanced AI Models: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical neural networks capable of solving optimization problems in logistics, finance, and healthcare.
- Lead Technical Roadmap (2026 Vision): Define the technical strategy for integrating quantum APIs into existing AI infrastructures.
- Optimize Algorithmic Efficiency: Reduce computational complexity and latency in deep learning models using quantum error correction techniques.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with physicists, data scientists, and hardware engineers to translate theoretical quantum advantage into practical applications.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding a team of ML engineers and data scientists in advanced quantum methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, abstract mathematical problems and translate them into robust code.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
