Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead our cutting-edge Research & Development division. As we accelerate towards our 2026 technology roadmap, we need a technical leader who can bridge the gap between classical artificial intelligence and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
In this role, you will not just implement existing algorithms; you will define the architecture of the future. You will work directly with our CTO and hardware engineers to design scalable quantum solutions that solve complex optimization problems currently unsolvable by classical machines.
If you are passionate about the future of computing and want to leave a legacy in the 2026 tech landscape, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning and optimization tasks.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Quantum Infrastructure Roadmap.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize circuit depth and error mitigation.
- Mentor junior researchers and software engineers in quantum software stacks.
- Translate theoretical physics concepts into scalable software solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new quantum technologies.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with Python, C++, or Rust.
- Deep proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, or Google Cirq).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure R&D environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
