Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for scalable AI applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with quantum processors.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to post-quantum secure protocols.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of future-tech engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct cutting-edge research into error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company’s 2026 vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong background in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with post-quantum cryptography and security protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive technical vision across the organization.
