Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices and future fault-tolerant systems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software layers for quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Develop hybrid AI models that leverage both classical cloud resources and quantum computing power.
- Lead technical strategy for integrating quantum solutions into existing enterprise software architectures.
- Conduct rigorous testing, error mitigation, and validation to ensure algorithmic stability and performance.
- Act as a thought leader, publishing research and presenting at major industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in quantum computing, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
