Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing solutions tailored for enterprise integration.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms using Qiskit, Cirq, and PyTorch Quantum.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers.
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical quantum mechanics into practical, deployable code.
- Ensure system security and error correction protocols for quantum data processing.
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum infrastructure upgrades leading up to 2026.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Extensive experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
