Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Establish quantum security protocols for blockchain and encryption systems
- Pioneer quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics in healthcare
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM Quantum Computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish findings in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum error correction
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Proven track record of building quantum algorithms with real-world commercial applications
