Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction protocols
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical languages (Python, C++)
- Publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic) or simulation platforms
