Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing architectures and error correction protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Define technical standards and best practices for quantum software development.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or quantum computing research.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, quantum gates, and quantum algorithms (QAOA, Grover’s, Shor’s).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and quantum hardware access.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
